Semi formal... need help! (hair and makeup...)?

Im a gr.10 girl who needs help making decisions for her semi formal. I already have a dress, shoes and a date, i just need the hair and makeup :) any suggestions would b greatly appreciated. dont wanna look too overdone but wanna look done up a bit. my hair can go curly or straight super easy. and my face is pretty easy to makeup, just not too heavy, because my features kinda go BAM and i look like anime. lol

pinks nd brown makeup will bring out ur features nd i would curl ur hair at the bottom an dont do anything with the rest
