I have very thick medium length blonde hair. I'm tall so I don't really want an updo, unless it's not going to make me even taller. I can't do curls in my hair either. Please help.

A French twist will not make you seem taller. It is up of the neck but not on top of the head.

I am almost 6 foot tall. And wore a French twist for dressy occasions when my hair was medium length.

My daughter-in-law ( also very tall) wore a French twist for her wedding. It was absolutely elegant. The stylist left out 2 tendrils which were curled with and iron and included 2 tiny orchids.

Well, your options are very, very limited. I would just go with pin-straight hair. Make sure its shiny, try John Freida or Pantene for blondes for best results.
