Either one, it depends on what your going for. It would be cute maybe if you had your hair up and cute makeup that maybe made your eyes look big. It would be hot if you wore your hair down and maybe went for a more sultry llook.

That's really cute! Hot does not come to mind because the dress has kind of an innocent look to it (even though it's bright red, haha) but there's a good chance you could MAKE it hot, honey. The A-line dress is actually the most flattering line for almost any woman. They style of this dress is cute, and the bright red makes it hot as well! I think it's great when I see blonde women - who we all expect to see in pinks and blues, to burst out in bright red! Match your lips to your dress, and you will be like "MEEEEOOWWW" to all the guys at the dance!
