i would probably go with a bronze eye-shadow. it would bring out your skin tone and eyes. for nails, i would go with a saphire color. although you can never go wrong with french mannicure

gold eyeshadow looks very pretty on dark brown skin! You should just get french tips on your nail, that always looks very classy, just don't get them too long!

eye shadows- neutrals browns ,bronze(stay away from loud 80's gold)

lips a nice brown liner a lite coca brown lip shimmer gloss

nails - get the solar nails with white tips/ pink acrylic overlay but get them buffed ask the nail tech and she'll show u what is buff its deep shine an last longer than french manicured nails which chip after 3 days and takes way to long to dry at the nail salon

Wear light blue eyeshadow, and go for a pale-pink color for your lips and nails.
