since your dress is silver, you would obviously wear silver jewelery. dangling earrings and a matching necklace would look really nice. since you have dark hair and dark eyes, you can wear black eyeliner without it looking too "harsh"..as long as you don't put too much on. have your eyeshadow provide more sparkle than color, so it won't clash with your dress or skin tone. since i have no idea how long your hair is, i'd suggest you either put it in loose curls or wear it up. i hope this helps.
