A pic of u would make this a lil easier :O) but any of these would look good... it really depends on how long ur hair is and if its curly or straight... have fun....

About ur makeup... kee it simple with neutral colors a light lip gloss.... also hard for me to answer cause i dont know what u look like and I dont know the exact blue of ur dress...
