im guessing your about 16.

ok so for your formal, wear your hair EXACTLY like it is in the first pick, and wear the same hairband too, because it brings out your eyes.

for your dress i suggest a chocolate brown dress that goes about 2-3 inches below your knee, like the one in the pic below:

, then go to you local fabric store and get about 2-3 metres of a silky fabric that matches the colour of your hair band and tie it around your waist like in the pic below:

That photo is from my friends formal, im the one on the right with the blue waist band.... even though the ribbon around my waist came and is connected to the dress its easy to copy.

get either blue (same colour as the waistband and hairband) or silver strappy heels to match and you will be the talk of the town!

(oh yeah keep your makeup simple too)

EDIT: if you wear a blue dress it will draw attention away from you eyes, but a brown dress not only will match your skin tone and hair perfectly (not many people can pull that off either) but with elements off blue it will bring out your eyes more!

I'd say a mid-tone blue or darker. Navy would look stellar. You can't go wrong with anything in the mid-tone to jewel tones. I would stay away from a red unless it was darker, though. Red looks odd with fairer types. You also seem to have a pink-blue undertone unless I'm mistaken which usually means you have berries and mauves as your lipstick family. Maybe play to the cool color strength.

Edit: Wear your hair up and take a photo. Comapre. But the dress you get may help you decide. Some styles look terrible with updos and vice versa.

I'm lousy with ages but I'd say 16.

well 2 answer ur first question...u should just wear it straight(u need a pic of u with ur hair up 2 see if that would look better tho).ur second question...u should wear a red dress n lastly u look about 16-18.
