Hair and/or makeup for winter formal?

since its a winter formal and stuff, i think using a silvery white eye shadow would be cool. u put on black liner then the eye shadow and mascara last. it'll make ur eyes pop and be cool. Wear ur hair up in a kinda of messy pretty way. It'll look cool. wear lips kinda more nude. too much color and u'll look like a hooker.

For your hair style it like Vanessa Hudgens' hair. Take a curling iron and do little spirals at the bottom. When they aren't hot anymore, get it slightly wet and then run some moose through it. Afterwards, blow-dry it quickly and your curls should stay in until you get it wet again or when you fall asleep.

For make-up, try a natural look. Put a little bit of a slightly darker brown than your skin over your eye and mix in a touch of dark gold. Put some pitch-black, chunky mascara on if you can. And if you want your eyes to seem a little wider, try a little bit of smudged brown eyeliner around the edges.

Sparkles you say? Dark teal? I think you should use glitter on your cheeks; just a dash on the cheeks, and then brush it with a cheek blush brush thing.

You should use light blue eyeshadow with a mix of silver.

Eyeliner and waterproof mascara should do the trick!

If you love wavy hair use a curling iron, wait 2 minutes for each hair [at about the heat of 15-20].

If you don't like that, twist your hair into something crazy, but formal.

Hope I helped %26lt;3
