I am going to a formal ball this Friday, and I am wearing this dress:

How could I do my hair? I do not want a prom-looking updo; I was thinking more of a sleek side ponytail, but I'm not sure as to what would look best. The back of the dress is completely open, but not low-cut. Any suggestions? Thanks very much!
