Help , my 8th grade formal is coming and i need a dress!?!?!?

my 8th grade formals coming up and i dont want to spend more then 150 dollars on a dress , since its just a fromal not a prom , i am kind of looking for a green(any color besides puke) and a pink(any color) , i am looking for yhos dresses that puff out at the bottom but i also am willing to look at anything , i have spectacular legs so i dont like to hide them , but i dont want the dress to be to short , it can be any style , best answer gets best answer , i'd also like ideas for hair and shoes , im black so the hairstryle cant be some blonde chick !! macys, bloomingdales, and saxs for dresses. also there are sometimes little dress shops in your neighborhood so chack that out.

silver and black shoes are really in, but choose those colors for only that reason. i suggest www.delias.com becuase they have the hottest heels but macys is good too.

for hair i suggest curls on pinstripe straight. also clips and bows match and look great with almost anything. also theres the puff style that tre cool i dunno if it will work with you hair though.

look on ebay they have gorgeouse dresses or search the net for hair i think a messy bun with part of the front of your hair hanging out like maybe two strands of it. It will look gorge promise you :-D
