Curl/straighten and put down. I also like a ponytail[but not a low ponytail] either really straight or curly. Make it all shiny and sleek looking and not frizzy at all so it looks nice or else its simple. For more formal do something like an updo or bun. Half up half down is good but like I said with ponytail make it really neat or it looks too simple.
