Im goin to a new years eve party i don't want to look sluttish or formal or casualy i want to look like a oarty girl but not a prozzie i have moussy hair greeny-blue eyesslim butstill got bit of baby fat on face (if to tight shows abit of belly popping out) im a size 8-10 about 5ft 4 and small breast Any help?

I would wear a halter dress

Earings and a necklase

Hair up and curled or down and straight

Makeup eyeliner, eyeshadow, lip stick, and your usual makeup

maybe wear a black shirt, and dark denim jeans (very flattering- i own an awesome pair from old navy)

then layer some long sparkly/pearl necklaces for like a mod vibe

and put your hair up (i usually do a messy bun with sparkly barettes, or a cute hair pin)- it complements round faces

and shoes- do whatever's comfortable but still cute

you can never go wrong with a LBD. find something that complements your body. black dresses usually do the trick because the color gives the illusion that ur slimmer than you actually are. maybe a halter top-flirty dress that hits right under ur knees, with peep toe pumps....i think that's very feminim and sexy

Try a dress with a wrap around waist. It hides your weight for the most part if that is an issue for you. Push up bra is a must. Obviously you don't want to be slutty, but you want some attention of course! For your hair, either do a stick straight look or bouncy curls. For makeup, keep it simple, don't go too overboard. Depending on where it is, maybe some sultry eyes...hope this helps a little! Good luck, girl!

Black is a life saver- a dress perhaps? but not too short, maybe knee length darkish/ black dress?

Maybe a nice neutral brown short flowy dress with jeans under it. You could wear pink heals for shoes and as far as accessories some dangly earings and a long beads of differnt tans. then for makeup wear some shades of pink and brown on the eyes then a soft pink shiny lipgloss.

For your belly issue, it's always good to wear something that isn't too tight, and has some rouching (the material is gathered at the seams so it doesn't lay flat). Black is always flattering. As far as makeup and hair, I would say do what reflects your personality. I always was a fan of the soft, smokey eye makeup for New Years. it's sexy without being gawdy. Oh, and BTW-- I love the idea of a skirt or dress, but practicality at parties makes me always go with pants that are a comfortable fit. Good luck, and happy holidays

halter dress to below your knees.

(if not formal then sparkling loose fitting top and a skirt to below your knees)

curly hair down or 1/2 up 1/2 down

no necklace just preeeetty earrings

great heels

and your regular makeup just a little darker on eyeshadow

browns and deep purples would be nice
