I was invited by a friend to a formal reception. Sort of like a work party. I have a dress to wear but I was wondering if it's ok to let my hair down. I have curly and sometimes frizzy shoulder lenght brown hair. It's usually fairly big.
Also, I was wondering if I can wear high heals instead of sandals even though we're still in August.

try straightening your hair and wear it down or else i would pull it up to get it out of your face --- maybe half up would work! it doesnt really matter how you wear you hair - and high heels are fine!
