wellll winter formal is tomorrow :)

how should i wear my hair?

i just straightened it so i have straight hair that is loonng.

i was thinking of putting it down and curling it..

and makeup!!! :D

i have fair skin and brown eyes.

should i wear like eyeliner and light eyeshadow?

oh, and i have like a halter top

purple dress that goes right above the knees.

hair- curl it a little bit at the bottom.

yeah leave it down and curl it, but if you are worried about getting hot while dancing, why not curl it and put half up and half down. as for make up, well a pretty mauve shade, or a peach shade would look nice, maybe a brown eyeliner and mascara, then some foundation and powder. simple natural and beautiful, have fun.

for make-up and hair styling tutorials, go to youtube. yes, you need to put som light eyeshadow and lipstick and lipgloss, dont put too much tho.

gold eyeshadow ! it looks good w/ purple! and it looks really good w/ brown eyes and brown hair !!! curl your hair just so it has body try not to go over the top w/ the hair since you're dress is a halter it will distract from your face... and if you do decide to go w/ the gold makeup and such use a lotion that has shimmer in it ... you wont see the difference in person but you'll thank me in the pictures! haha it sounds stupid but my prom pic was in the newspaper and you could still see the shine on my skin from it!

oh and if you use eyeliner use brown not black it will take away from the gold....

soo haiirr- im thinkingg put like loose random curls.

makeup-wear brown eyeliiiner like really dark it will make your eyes pop and then put like a really thinn line of black on the top lid and put some light pinks and eye shadow that is the same color as your skin

Hair:

-First, spray your dry hair with a shine spray. Try: L'oreal studio line Shine Seeker, 5$. Here is what it looks like: http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.a...

-Then put your hair half-up half-down by pulling half of your hair up, and securing it with snag-free hair elastics. And curl the parts of your hair that are left down with a curling iron. Finish the look with hairspray.

Makeup:

-I personally think that you should go for a smokey eyes look:

-Put black eyeliner on your top lash lines and the bottom inner rims.Then sweep your eyelids with a dark grey or black eyeshadow. I also think you should brush bronzer on your cheekbones, or if you don't want to do that swirl on some peachy-pink blush on your cheek bones instead.

-Use an eyelash curler to clamp your top lashes, hold the clamp for 5 seconds then release; do the same to both eyes. Then put three coats of mascara on your top lashes, and one coat on your bottom lashes.

-Use your fingers to dab on a pink lipgloss.

Tips: As your applying the blush or bronzer (whichever you choose to wear) position your lips in a way like your about to give someone a kiss, but make sure you over exaggerate the lips so you brush the blush or bronzer on the right way.
