Hair & make-up for a formal dance?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

I have light brown hair with blonde and caramel highlights. I am 13 and going to a very formal dance. I have a bright green elegant gown and would prefer an up-do. Now for my make-up, do have acne but i am not worried about that i need a new make-up style. In case your wondering I wear cover-up, blush, mascara, eyeliner, and lip gloss every day so ....HELPP!!!

for the hai curl it first and then make it in like a updo like do the updo and then put some pins in it and leave like to curls out and that would look gorgeous...for your make up wear some light green to reflect it on you dress with some tiny bit of white eyeshadow....and wear a little blush not alot then it will stand out too much wear the curling masacra...and for your eyes use some dark choclate eyeliner and then add some black but the go back over if you would like and dont make it thick make it thin and lines and wear lipgloss....you will look really gorgeous have fun....

How long is your hair? If it is long enough to wrap into a bun, a Gibson girl (loose bun at top of head) or ballerina style chignon (smaller, sleeker, more tightly wrapped bun at nape of neck) is elegant. With either, pull down some tendrils to curl softly around your face and neckline.

Keep the make up to a minimim due to your age. I bit deeper shade of blush than what you wear daily would be appropriate. A tiny bit of pale green eyeshadow with a touch of deep green eyeliner to accent your eyes. A delicate rose or blush shade of lipstick or gloss should finish your look nicely.

as you know that bare minerals covers up acne, i have it too, and I'm 12, or any other thing almost. But if you want to get rid of acne quick, aveda outer peace works like a snap. Use the lotion stuff once in the morning, and the pads first then the lotion at night, that works for me. http://www.aveda.com/templates/products/...

This masquera works like a charm http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh...

one of the blue or green eyeshadows would work perfectly! http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh...

Depending what color you use for your eyeshadow probaly one of these will work http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jh...

That would work for teeth (as you probaly know don't use if you have braces)

For hair, some of these might work

well for makeup ( i no you might haave heard it already but bear with me) less is more when it comes to looking great.

First, sweep loose iridescent powder along your eyelids then dust it along the top of your cheekbones, blending it up to your temples.

next, blend shimmery taupe along the creases of your eyelids and your lower lashlines.

then, use a large powder brush to apply bright pink blush on the apples of your cheeks and just below your cheekbones.

then, slick sheer cotton candy pink gloss onto your lips, starting in the center, working your way out to your corners.

last mascara and your done!

then for an updo also keep it simple by doing a messy bun or a ballet bun but add a radical sparkly clip or barette and voila! simply, elegence

hope i helped

have fun!
