Semi formal coming up.. what should I do with my hair?!?

I have no idea what to do with my hair .. semi formal is coming up.. I have very short, dark brown layered hair..

ALSO! : I have a cute black dress with a satin pink belt and I don't know what shoes I should buy.. I like these totally cute pink flats, but my dad says they'll just go with this one outfit..

should I splurge this once?

It is hard to say with your hair...very short?? Your age has a lot to do with input too.

You can use a curling iron on your hair...run your fingers through it and give it that messy sexy hair. Pink dangling earrings or a pink scarf. Shoes...just make sure they are comfortable.
